You’ve just graduated from YTT. This one-year program will give you the support you need to take your teaching and personal practice to the next level.

This program features:

• Quarterly Zoom meetings first Monday of each quarter (October 2023, January 2024, April 2024, July 2024)

• Quarterly Continuing Education classes to deepen your understanding of topics in yoga (anatomy & physiology; philosophy; sequencing; etc)

• Monthly yoga and meditation class to continue practicing as a sangha

• One on one mentorship for class sequencing, community and career building

• Opportunities to assist at future trainings or retreats in Costa Rica, USA, and worldwide!
